As 0700 strikes on the clock, the Polling Stations are open, and the baton of voting moves to our traditional polling station voters in Nevilles Cross today.

I would welcome your support in this election and hope that if you will support me, you will also cast your vote to support my fellow seven Liberal Democrat candidates so we have the strongest team for Nevilles Cross’ on the City Parish Council.

Durham County Council have worked hard to make the polling stations covid safe, and they need your help when casting your vote to maintain that.

Please arrive wearing a face mask, with your polling card, and a pen, then follow the polling staff member instructions who meets you at the door.

Can I also remind you, any polling station voter who has any of the COVID 19 symptoms or, is contacted by Track/Trace or, is undergoing a COVID test, should not attend a polling station for the safety of all.
